Returns

We accept returns on unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • No signs of wear, scratches, stains, or alterations

  • Returned in the original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Natural Leather Variations

Because we use genuine leather, natural variations in color, grain, and texture may occur. These variations are part of the character of real leather and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nuni Leather is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
